Summer is already zipping by before my eyes and camp hasn't even started yet. It seems like forever since final exams and watching some of my nearest and dearest friends graduate.
I am currently residing in the rickety and rustic cabin at Camp Cherokee called The Pines. It is a drafty, dark maze-like place but i love it!! I am spending the next couple days here doing odd jobs such as mowing, weeding, eating, and cleaning the pool before heading off to the NY camp meeting in Syracuse.
I am simply amazed of the vast beauty of the North East; it is quite different then the south...who knew? :-)
It is good to be here, bring on the summer!
